Meet the team

Company Directors/Co-Owners;

Robin Saunders:

Robin has held Senior Site Manager positions within some of the major PLC house builders. Whilst he's responsible for the day to day running of the company; his main function is to identify new development sites and to procure them through the acquisition and planning stage where development can then begin.

Andrew Jennings:

Andrew has successfully run his own Civil Engineering Company.
Andrew is responsible for all the ground works on all our developments.

Andrew alongside Robin is constantly looking for land and has brought these to Cherry Blossom Homes .Andrew secured the land deal that gave us our first development, that became Badgers Court.

Commercial Manager:

Steve Newell:

Steve's role within the company is the subcontract and material procurement for each of our developments. This all as to be done with continuous cost control and be kept within the company budget. Steve his currently on 3 rd year of the BSc Quantity Surveying.

Site Managers:

James Brown:

James unlike his name sake is no soul singer! James worked as site foreman on our Badgers Court
development and has now progressed to Site Manager and is currently running our Darlaston site.

Nick Smart:

Nick is the latest Site Manager to join Cherry Blossom Homes;hes currently running our Dudley site [Highfield Court].Nicks comes from the civil engineering background so his experience in this field benefit all our developments.

Sales & Marketing:

Amanda Saunders:

Amanda's role is to oversee all the sales on all developments from start to finish. This includes overseeing each developments brochures and signage and all marketing needs. She also works closely with local estate agents who also provide extra advertising for Cherry Blossom Homes and also Sales Advisers who are specifically trained in New Home Sales.
